Your letter of the 17th. inst. (E/F.A.152)
addressed to our clients, the Anglo-French Wireless

We observe that you have been advised by
the Colonial Office that the Marconi Wireless Telegraph
Company Limited have issued a writ against our clients
in respect of the proposed contracts for wireless
stations for Hong Kong, Barbados, Penang, Singapore
and Mombasa. It is the fact that Mr. Marconi and
the arconi Company have issued a writ against our
clients but that it is in respect of these contracts
is not within our clients' knowledge, as the writ
merely claims an injunction to restrain our clients
from infringing the letters patent No. 7777 of 1900.
We may add that no doubt full particulars of the
information which appears to have been given in advance
to the Colonial Office will appear in the Statement
of Claim of Mr. Marconi and the Marconi Company
should that be delivered. At the present time although
the writ was issued on the 28th. Kay last and appearance
